Whether you want to sit on one of the beautiful decks sipping coffee and enjoying your lake view or you want to take a short stroll to relax on the beach, Sunny Daze (formerly Lake Song II) is the perfect getaway for your family and friends! The large lake of Ocean Sands gives visitors a chance to kayak, paddle board, fish, or take your dogs for a swim with the resident turtles. You can hear the waves crashing on the deck and getting to the beach is a short stroll away.

Want to stay home for the day? Relax by the tree surrounded pool or soak in the hot tub right in your own back yard. You can also head to the rec room to enjoy a cocktail at the wet bar while challenging friends and family to a game of pool. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for a bike ride, walk, or run. Make sure to take a walk around the lake trail! With smart TVs throughout the house, even a rainy day is fun! Sunny Daze is close to Harris Teeter and Tim Buck II shops, restaurants, and water sports.
