I've just started to take my biking seriously - I'm about 5'6" with a 29-30 inch inseam and I'd like to get a road or tri bike and I'm willing to drop up to 400 bucks.

Used, new doesn't matter - I live near Los Angeles and even if you have nothing to sell but maybe know a good place to look let me know
