I've got a brand new set of Chinese carbon tubular rims in 20/24 drilling that would make a perfect road or cyclocross wheel set. A few minor blemishes from floating around in storage. I've also got a Corima 45mm tubular rim that does not have brake track usage, but looks like a tire had been taped or glued up on it. I bought this year's ago before disc brakes on 700c bikes so it may have been used on a track bike? Regardless, it is flawless and there is minimal glue/tape residue. $100 each
