Big shout out and thank you to BMCSLR01 for the great transaction and heavy duty packaging. Never have I seen such great care in packing a bike and that sucker wasn't moving anywhere in the box and well padded should UPS have tossed it around. Great communication and I'd definitely buy from him again.

Big kudos to cjo529 for his communication and follow up with the bike I bought for my wife. FedEx didn't take great care in handling but he worked diligently with Bike Flights and resolved everything more that I would have expected especially since it wasn't a high dollar bike. Didn't matter, he was on it and kept in touch.
