I have a friend that wants to do her first triathlon. She has a bike budget of $300.

She is 5'4" normal proportions. Road or tri bike is ok.

What do you have stored away in your garages STr's?

I have a Mercier Elle 47 cm for $400

Whoops, posted the wrong year. Shifters, FD, RD are all 105. Shimano HG cassette. Jagwire cables. Crank and brakes are "RPM" I think. Bontrager plush seat.

Don't know what her proportions are, but have a 54cm Terry Chrom with 105s.
