Anyone experience the screws holding the adaptor plate sinking into the forefoot of the shoe? if i tighten mine it feels like a thorn in my foot, but if i dont tighten it all the way down its too loose..suggestions?

Wow, it's been awhile since I've changed cleats on my R3's, but if memory serves correct, there are two different length screws that came with my R3's. You might want to pull them all out and check lengths. I think the four longer ones are for each of the rear holes and the shorter two are for the leading hole. BTW, I"m running factory Look black cleats. Are you using the gray adaptor plate?
