Yeah... I think when someone you care about asks you a question like that you can't lie to their face. I mean, I was able to lie about lots of little things, again, mostly about how I was feeling. But to try and lie about that? I couldn't do it.

for her sake I hope she never asks. I've never been married but in a long term relationship where I was on the receiving end. It was the most painful thing I've ever experienced and something I never want to experience again and sometimes I think that's why at 36 y/o I'm still single.
