Oh it is...I posted on one of the other threads. ;)
Back in January I read a post which stuck. If you don't bring it to work, you don't eat it. Or Drink it. I have not dropped any weight, but I do feel better. No more 2pm crash during the day, I just keep going. I do need my Kashi bar though. It sustains me better.
After about 2 weeks, the cravings pretty much subside for good. I have had 3 cokes since january. Nothing really about a resolution or anything, just happened to be when I red the post about snacking.
Anyway, its almost my turn for the rollers, must go get suited up.

Here is an alternative from going cold turkey. Drink the 2 liters. Repeat until you are sick of it. Then drink another 4 liters. If you are not really, really sick yet then drink some more.
At the end of the process you should be cured from your addiction and you can change your name from Mr. Tibbs to Zorba.
