 goals this week
healthy coping 5/7
journal every day most days
2x strength did once, maybe twice? can't remember
PT every day yes
not run too much yes
swim as PT suggested (am having some biceps tendonitis) yes


swam 5x total of 5,195 yards but 1/5 of it (ish) was kicking
rode 3x total of 95.82 mi
ran 5x total of 39.75 mi





good week sport wise and now it's spring break! Goals are
7/7 healthy coping
journal every day
2x strength
PT every day

nope - I went to Salt Lake three or so weeks ago and saw family there so I'm here working on my research. Home or seeing my brother again in SLC would be good but either of those trips has downsides and I am okay with this choice.
