do PT stuff every day now through the rest of the week, done
cut down on the run volume (I've run a bunch MTW), yup ran Fri and Sun which I'm ok with

W - 12.1 mi run
T - 1650m swim + 15.6 mi bike
F - 1400m swim + 5.9 mi run
S - 33.6 mi bike
S - 7.7 mi run, lift

My anxiety has been so high lately :-( goals this week
healthy coping
journal every day
2x strength
PT every day
not run too much
swim as PT suggested (am having some biceps tendonitis)

I have a thing tomorrow night that I am mad about... I was trying to cut down on commitments to minimize anxiety and I feel like the other people said "well this time works for me so I'm doing it." I think I'll likely feel better after tomorrow night. I hope so :(
