TSB Red Zones for Individual Sports

I've found the rule of thumb that a TSB of less than -30 is dangerous to be spot on for me. However, that number is an aggregation from all three sports. Sometimes you have to drop a sport for a few weeks in response to injury, or sometimes you are tempted to go off-plan to do an unusually long swim, bike, or run. In that case, knowing the TSB danger zone for individual sports would be handy. I haven't found much information online about this.

What's your rule of thumb here? -10? -15? Somewhere in the middle?
