my goals were healthy coping skills (done! even w some really tough days), journal (did a few times), real strength (did once, plus some PT exercises on most other days)

5 swims (11,537 yds total)
1 bike (37.58 mi total)
5 runs (36.3 mi total)

goals this week are the same as last, plus a fast (for me) bike ride. I was really turtling this week on the bike

Good job!

Still doing my VR exercise and there's a competition this week so I'll be doing probably 10 hours. Went back to the gym last week and back with the power lifting trainer. Jumped right back in where we'd left off prior to the holidays. Yesterday I went to the tri club meet and greet which was fun and found out about a new women's only tri in May that I think I'll do.

And, my football team won last night and is going to the Super Bowl!! I booked my trip today! Very excited.
