Hed aluminum s-bend extensions. These are the ones with the "high" bend, which in my position are a little more comfortable and don't put so much stress on the wrists. They are uncut and were mounted and used once, I wanted to put them under a pair of drop bars but it didn't work out like I hoped so I am getting rid of them. These are basically brand new and I will include 2 pair of carbon handlebar end caps. Shipped for $50.
