all done! 15/15 healthy coping for January.
I journaled a lot. Work has been really stressful - I've felt overwhelmed. I think I finally organized stuff so after today I'll feel better.
I did one actual strength workout and did some little stuff on a couple other days.

swim: 8,075 yds in 3 swims
run: 33.15 mi in 5 runs
one full rest day

goals this week are the same as last
