I'm not a fast swimmer, and do not find time enough to the amount of swimming required to be that. But lately I have swimmed one to two times a week, had some competent instruction and just consentrated on the "feel" and technique. No PB and no interval training. And yesterday I tested to see if any progress had been made. Distance 100 m. Before: 1:39 Now: 1:32. Not fast, but it's getting better.
