6/7 on coping skills, journaled lots, did strength on some days

I saw an orthopedist on Tuesday who xrayed the foot I sprained and said it's just a mild sprain. Didn't run as am trying to let it heal. It's making very slow progress. Wish the progress would speed up :-(

It's been a week. Our hot water heater went out last Wednesday (leaking on our garage floor, which is where my trainer is). We won't have hot water again until at least this Wednesday. But I mostly kept up with my journaling - glad to be getting back in the habit. This week, I need to get back on the stretching/rolling/mobility wagon.

I'm glad you only have a minor strain. I hope it heals soon!
