get legs a little rested for a trail half marathon on Saturday
run fast on Saturday :D
write in journal most days
do a little strength every day

All goals accomplished!

5 swims: 19.028 yds
4 runs: 25.3 mi (includes 14 mi trail race)
1 rest day

race was fun, took me 2:40:30 ish. Manually timed so results not up; I was not in the top 3 women, I do know that. Trail running is quite the technical skill. I'm glad I did it. Proud of myself for getting my legs pretty rested, too.
