Well that kinda sucks. He does not appear to be an elected official and his town seems to be quite the lovely peaceful suburbia sweet spot. You could say he has a sweet little gig being chief prosecutor there. On the positive side, 12 peers proudly raised the BS banner and found the joker innocent even though he clearly broke a law using his computer to impair the police. Degrees of impairment? Of course their pride was hurt and they fielded 11 calls on the dispatch line asking WTF. Thank God that his fellow citizens respected the playground rule of no harm no foul and basically just said no to the state law. Thank God!
