Another sad day. Seemed like a really well written and detailed article. Good speed to his friends and family.
Not a coach. Not a FOP Tri/swimmer/biker/runner. Barely a MOP AGer.
But I'm learning and making progress.

Such a BAD decision to even attempt to swim at that beach, let alone in those conditions, without a wetsuit. BAD decision with incredibly sad and unfortunate consequences.
