That is now a very cheap electronic group set! Just buy the rear derailleur and a couple of blips and you have everything needed!

I just converted my tri bike from cable 2x to AXS 1x with 4 wireless blips. I know SRAM just announced you can pair without a shifter module, but I used an Eagle GX controller to pair them. Once paired, I repaired the GX shifter back with the original derailleur, and everything works. The AXS app also shows the right components on the right bicycles.
I'm also using a 2012-2015 FLO 90 rear wheel that originally came with a 10 speed hub. The Flo XDR freehub comes with a new end cap and fresh pawls/springs. Super easy to swap out. The shipping was a bit slow and took about a month to get to me after ordering. I think they moved warehouses a month or two ago, so maybe that's resolved now.
