According to Hed's wheel-chooser http://www.hedcycling.com/wheelchooser.htm and some other similar sites, the drag of a disk is equal to a deep rimmed aero wheel in no wind or direct hed/tail-wind. (0-5 degrees). Is there no benefit of a disk in a race with no wind?

Is there ever a race with no wind? I shouldn't think so? And the answer to the question is important only for those that are able to afford an extra set of wheels for each and every wind condition at a race.
