- get back to what's pretty much alternating swim run days pretty much - swam 6 days but it is really the run I was looking to alternate days and I did
- healthy coping skills 6/7 days whoop whoop
- do stuff that makes me faster check
6 swims for 24,150 yds
4 runs for 23.87 mi
lifted twice, did hip and shoulder exercises most days
goals this week are the same as last. I hope everyone is well.
