- get back to what's pretty much alternating swim run days pretty much - swam 5 days but it is really the run I was looking to alternate days and I did
- healthy coping skills 7/7 days whoop whoop
- do stuff that makes me faster check
2x strength once, plus hip and shoulder exercises most days
5 swims total of 20,525 yds
4 runs total 27.77 mi
kinda tired. Goals this week are the same as last.
