Yes, we put the OrangSeal in the latex tube, been doing this with Bora and QS for years with really nice results. OS makes 2 formulas you can choose from, the standard seals larger holes but dries out in 6 months, and they also make an endurance formula which has more glycol in it and lasts up to a year.
Your pressure question is also a good one, just like rolling resistance, it pays to run optimal pressure when using sealant.. and also like Crr, the penalty for being too high is far greater than for running too low. Just use the SILCA pressure calc for your size/weight/surface and you should be good, but sealants do perform notably worse at higher pressures.
