Depending on flexibility 5'8 - 6' typically ride this frame size. I'm 5'9 for reference.

just the bare-bones..... As far as I can think of: frame, fork, headset, seat post, saddle clamp, brakes, brake covers, full aerobar, skewers, and rear cage mounting post.
So, no group set, no wheels, no electronics, no saddle, no brake levers, no BB. I think that's about all I can think of.
