I've been dealing with what I think is Achilles Tendinitis for a month now. I've just started to adopt the Silbernagel-Combined Loading Treatment Protocol, long stretches as suggested in this video, and wearing a night splint when I go to bed. Still, I would feel more comfortable getting the opinion of a professional who understands endurance sports and triathlon specifically.
This is my first running injury, and, not being part of a local club, I don't know which physiotherapists have good references. I live in Long Island City, so anywhere in Brooklyn, Queens, or Manhattan works.
