Get a Profile Design Neosonic bracket, ergo armrests and choose the extension angle of your preference.
That's not sold as a complete bar but my aim with the bracket design was to get the armrests further behind the bar for road and packing bikes.

I've been happy with my 3T aerobars. The feature that stands out above others is how narrow the brackets are. I definitely can't say they will fit ANY aero handlebar, but they will fit on a larger selection of bars than the Profile clipons that i have, because the brackets on the Profile take up a lot more real estate on the bar.
