Is there a phone number I can call to reach customer support for SRAM for my Quarq dZero powermeter? After finally finding how to submit a request, It doesn't accept the serial number which is a required field.

My issue - I wasn't able to get TrainerRoad working properly when power matched to my Quarq (I have been running that way for over a year). I tried to zero the Quarq and the zero offset jumped to 31104. I followed the troubleshooting guide to reboot the power meter and put in a new battery and nothing changed. It still reads 31104.

I can't submit a request because it won't accept the serial number (which I checked and rechecked a dozen times).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
