Speed Concept Gen2 crooked mono bar

My mono bar points a few MM to the left an can not figure out why, if i loosen the tilt adjustment screws i can put it straight but as I tighten it points left again.

any ideas??

My ocd is going nuts while riding

Any chance the monobar isn't sitting in the pivot cradle correct? I would look at the pinch/lock bolt on the pivot cradle to make sure it is completely backed out before you tighten the two cradle bolts.

yeah, something isn't put together correctly here. There isn't much way for this to go out of alignment if it is all put together properly
