It looked like a normal relay until the final leg and then it went to the dogs.

If we're talking aero (and at these speeds it will actually matter!), I'd think a trip to the groomers would be in order!

OR

a lycra speed suit for the dog. Obviously a hood is needed as the ears create drag.

Barefoot running is popular, however maybe some of the newest running shoes

I'm sure Nike would design a pair of Vaporflys for her.
