80/20 endurance has specific strength training plans avail. they are designed to supplement s/b/r training... roughly an hour or so two times a week.
i started using it on top of my s/b/r training and outside the results i saw in my workouts, i was enjoying doing something gym related again and not just one of our three disciplines.
