i emailed them about my pod`s battery getting drained faster than normal recently yesterday, i tried adjusting the battery brackets and it just detached itself from the mother board. They just replied back, informing me they sent me a new one today and i am in Asia,thousand + miles away from them. Imagine that. jut wanted to share my very good experience from this company, have their running pod as well for the TM.
