Going to buy a new Garmin computer soon, with soon determined if new models or updates come out.

I read elsewhere (https://cyclry.com/...rice-and-tech-specs/) a 530/830 Plus could be out next month.

Edge 510 - January 2013
Edge 520 - July 2015
Edge 520 Plus - April 2018
Edge 530 - April 2019
Make of that pattern what you will.
Any inside info?

Well... they did a plus for the last 5xx and 10xx lines. The 1040 could happen this year based on recent patterns. I would bet 40-40-20 between a plus or x40 upgrade to the 5xx and 8xx lines. My reasoning is that 2020 was a non-year that could have pushed back minor upgrades across multiple industries.
