I know I'd be better off with a real TT bike, but I plan to do a couple 70.3's this year on a 2020 Cervelo R3.

I have Profile Designs T1+ Carbon Aerobars on my old road bike, but don't think they will fit the Cervelo bars. Does anyone know if there are adapters you can use with oval shaped bars or if there are different aero bars that would work?

The R3 bars have a round centre section - you should be able to clamp aerobars there.
Unless you've changed the bars to a model with only a small clamping area for the stem
