Adapting 3T Aduro bars on a P5
Has anyone adapted the front end of a P5 with angled shims under the arm pads and angled poles?

I was looking at the drag2zero arm rests and angled shims.

Has anyone adapted the 3Taduro bars ?

We make a kit which will convert the P5 Aduro bars into a normal stacker system. You can use nearly any round pole adapter on top (like 3T Vola carbon, one of the generic far eastern ones etc.). We usually sell this kit to mount our Ascalon extensions on top, but if you email through the website we can supply it separately for you to attach a round clamp on top.

I've done many tilt adaptations on my P5 Aduro bars.

First it was washers and longer M5 bolts. Now it's tilt wedges. I've used Xavier's stuff as well as other 3D printed stuff from the UK time trialing community. Works great. Need to be careful about bolts and stripping.

Do you happen to have some pictures of this adapter system mounted on Aduro? My google-fu is not giving me much.

It works, thanks.

Do you have price and maybe minimum stack (e.g. from top of base bar) for the kit for round extension poles?

If you send a message through the contact form on the AeroCoach website the guys can sort out a price for just the adapter kit as normally it comes with Ascalons. They can also help with dimensions too (office opens up again on Monday so they'll reply next week). We have stackers for it, in those pictures I think are 2x10mm stackers installed

Perfect, thanks. I've just shot a message to them for price. Forgot to ask about dimensions, but I guess a follow-up can take care of that.

Has any STer actually used/installed these on their P5 six? If so, I would LOVE to discuss or see some pics of the finished product. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I personally have. Although not a directly on a P5 Six, but instead I put a 3T Aduro + P5 Six non-UCI legal fork on a P3, so nearly the same front end.

Some quick pictures of my set-up: P3 + 3T Aduro + P5-6 Fork + Sync 0.2

Sync also has a few pics on their instagram from a while back: Set 1, Set 2

Thank you very much for the pics. I really needed to be able to see the finished product. The Sync stuff seems reasonably priced as well. Did you have any issues with the quality?

I have some Sync extensions, wedges and arm cups on my P5. I also used a revolver slider to move them slightly forward.
The quality of the Sync stuff is fine. It’s just as good as the 3T, USE, 51SS gear that I have had there previously.
I’m very happy with my set up now. I just had a look but done have any pics. If you want to send me an email I can send you some next week when I’m home with my bike.

Thanks for the offer, but I don't think I'll need any more pics. I've made up my mind. I am going to place an order.

What do they go for? I'm not seeing much difference between washers and backwards USE Tula 50* extensions.
