Man that’s rough. Hopefully he’ll have a speedy recovery. I’m sure that he’ll be doing upper body strength and swimming ASAP.

I saw that . . . sounds like a bad injury from a bad crash. Wishing him the best.

Ouch, that’s pretty bad at that age....
But he’s in top shape and so has good chances to heal completely. Going to be a longer road.

Reminder (again) for me to be aware of the increased risks with age....and reduce it on my end.
