The Belgian group Groupe Bruxelles Lambert has purchased a 60% share in Canyon Bikes while Canyon founder Roman Arnold retain a 40% stake in the company.
It looks like this group already owns a large stake in major company with German roots (Adidas). Put unlike when Pon Holdings purchased Cervelo, this is the groups first foray into the bike business
