Work Avoidance Bike Fit
I read far too many bike fit articles/forum posts. Then used my zoom teaching rig to give myself a fit. I used a digital protractor to check leg extension and everything!

Tell me where I messed up?

There is also Fast Bike Fit:

.

Once, I was fast. But I got over it.

Angles generally look good.

Your seat is a bit low at 135^ (140-150deg is the typical fit range).
Edit: This pic is a bit off on the knee placement of the protractor (my bad, just done quickly for illustrative purposes). Your knee angle is ~133^.

I had it at 140, but I knew I was at the bottom end of the range. How much should I raise my seat by?

I’m guessing about 2-3cm. Raise it 1cm at a time and see how you feel and what your knee angle is. Avoid a big adjustment all at once.
