Quick update
- I did back off; 2 moderate rides and an easy swim to close out the week.
- Got sleep
- Bailed on my Saturday team ride and slept in.
Felt pretty good and did a 35 mile Zwift race. But couldn't leave good enough alone; followed it up with a one hour Zwift TT killing myself trying to break an hour chasing that feeling.
Yes, this is pretty idiotic; I've never done back to back Zwift races. Sometimes I amaze myself with my own stupidity.
- Slept until noon on Sunday then tried to run. No dice; had to turn around after .25 miles.

Had the physical today. Doc said, "Yep, your knee is swollen. Definitely an IT Band problem. Don't run for several weeks until it's healed".
Got a scrip for physical therapy. Then did a very mellow swim.

I'll stick to more moderate cycling and swimming for the next few weeks. And focus on sleep and PT.
