Di2 rear cassette

Just ordered a Canyon Speedmax with Di2 and am curious about few things
One- it comes with short cage rear der.- which they say maxes at 30t- anyone have issues with this?
Also can I use any Shimano or SRAM rear 11sp cassette?
Thanks for the help-my bike is going to be more techy than my phone (I use a tracfone flipper-ha)

You can generally get away with 1-2T above max. I am 2t above on my GRX Di2 with no issues at all.
