Xlab torpedo is hard to beat. I have on my SC and it works well. I don't use the garmin mount on it and the torpedo is between my arms. The wind never see it. Mine is mounted in a bottle cage attached to the speed concept BTA mount. I didn't use the versa mount. My garmin is mounted on the extensions in front of the torpedo.

Does it need to be refillable? I've tried a few different options and always end up going back to just a bottle cage mounted, or ziptied, between the bars. I also fashioned my own computer mount out of an old extension and a few zipties that puts it perfectly in my field of view and does add any frontal area.
