Very dependent on your speed (wind resistance is exponential of your speed), the type of terrain (hills vs flat) and if you could hold the position for 180km.
But according to this calculator, for me, going from the 'hoods' to 'areobar' save me 45mins (flat, uniform wind, no variation in power)
