Training For Super League type events?

Just wondering if anyone has any idea on how to train for events such as the enduro race that Super League puts on: S>B>R>S>B>R>S>B>R

The enduro, specifically, is often the same total distance as a sprint. Give or take a few meters.

Practice your transitions 10x more than usual.
Do a few more 200 meter swim, 1500 meter run efforts than normal sprint training and you'd be good to go.
