OK, I broke my syncros carbon post after it got stuck in my Litespeed frame. I have to take it to my lbs to get it out. In the future can I grease this sucker so this won't happen again? I'm not going to load it but I can't see getting another one stuck.

Most carbon posts should not be greased.
After the LBS takes out the post, do 2 things. Make sure the inside of the seat tube is smooth, it may need to be buffed. and get the diameter of the seat tube checked, make sure that your seatpost wasn't a size too large.
