The "All Out Speed Suit" didn't even make it a full season and Castelli quickly moved away from it.

Are you sure? It seems like the suit Laura Phillip is wearing doesn't have the bottom flaps.

Do you know why they moved away from the all out speed suit? Not comfortable enough/popular enough?

From my understanding it was built as a, "no compromise, speed as a priority" suit, which in turn created a suit that wasn't very flexible in the shoulders, was harder to put on if sized correctly, and not very comfortable during the run. The new PR suit was much more forgiving, comfortable, and tested faster. Cam Wurf was the first to wear it at Kona and based on feedback, there was no reason to continue with the All Out Speed Suit.

I took a closer look and it appears the design is for the suit to remain together even if fully unzipped. Also, the rear pocket is completely different and resembles more of a center jersey pocket than the dual sided opening we are used to seeing from the Castelli tri kits.

The All Out was part of the TRI collection here in Europe for two seasons (2018 and 2019).
I am still using mine from the 1st year in the posing greenish/fluo-yellow pattern! :-)
Find it very comfy, especially on the run.

From the US. The "All Out" never even made it to the custom collection. The PR is their flagship suit...but still curious what suit she's wearing in that vid.

Ah, ok.
The All Out was also offered as a custom version here.

Indeed, it look like a model "body paint" (not opening widely when unzipped) with short sleeves and a pocket replacing the bibi number pocket.
Custom work or preparing a new model (Free Body Paint :-) ?
For relatively short races..... because not as easy to use as the San Remo wide opening when having technical stop...
I actually asked her on YouTube, apparently it's a PR Speed suit that has been modified for her.
