My Direto has worked great for about 2 years, but now it suddenly won't change resistance. I've used a variety of apps to try to get it to work, ANT, Bluetooth, My E Training, Zwift, Garmin... I also used the Upgrado app to check the firmware and it says it is up to date.
The likely culprit I've noticed is it doesn't make the resistance motor sound when it first turns on like it usually does. I read on a support forum that there is a bracket with a gold screw in it that is supposed to move and maybe that isn't working on mine anymore.
Is anybody here familiar with this problem? It's not a Zwift problem - it's an "any controller from anything is not working" problem.
