Couple of the Gyms I go to have them, what are peoples opinions on these things, are they worth training in or just a gimmick?

If they are worth training in what distances/intensity is best for gains/improvements? There's a Watt Bike and Woodway curve in one of them so brick sessions possible (plus a rower)

If you do a search here, you will find at least a dozen informative and long discussions on pros and cons of these things. Probably why you haven't gotten any feedback yet, it got done to death, and no clear consensus of the efficacy of them..

I had a tent the I slept in in college. From what I understand, the best adaptations come from sleep high train low. Obviously there are many athletes that are sleep high train high. I would imagine there is a benefit from doing sessions at altitude but I bet it would just suck.
