Is anyone using Compex NEMS or Power Dot?
*duh* huge hordes of us are...out of the box you can use it at "rest" to rehab a muscle or even to "do a workout" while sedentary...

specifically for the power dot - are you using it during stretching? during a trainer ride?
have you seen gains?

clinically I have used biphasic current with muscle contractions for deadlifts, etc... to glute, G Med... but has anyone dialed in workouts with the Power Dot unit running?

what have people (fellow PTs Chiros MDs trainers) found to be the best practices?
