Hey everyone! How are you all holding up? I know the pandemic wave has compromised the entire routine, and we all are struggling to get back to the game. My friend told me that he and some of his fellow teammates had a hard time coping with injuries in their back since they got to the track and field for practice after the lockdown. I suggest you all take the necessary care before going in. If you are down with back injuries, this methodology helps you get relieved from back pain that you all can follow. Remember, injuries taking over our lives is the last thing we want. Make sure you get proper treatments and not become the doctor of your own. That’s a big risk. Take care, fellas and stay safe.
