Everytime im calibraiting my P1s it says there is an offset between 12-15, eventho i calibrate it back to back.
Am i doing anything wrong here?

Back to back you should get similar offsets, if you were getting greatly differing offsets calibrating back to back, then I'd expect a problem.
For example, if the offset is 14, then the offset is 14 again, then the calibration is confirming that 14 is the correct offset.
It's offsetting against numbers coming from the power meter, not against the last calibration. So if you were thinking offset should be 14, then zero, then it's a misunderstanding of how the offset works.
